On the Pixel 3a and 3a XL with Android 12 the app no longer works and says that the API is no longer supported. On the Huawei P20 it keeps restarting so, sadly, it's unusable on Android devices
Suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago with the latest Android version.
Won't load a study. When attempting to launch a study from intellizoom I'm directed to user zoom and then nothing. The loading icon keeps spinning and spinning. I've noticed all the replies from the developer to one star reviews are identical. This doesn't fill me with confidence
Lately I have not been able to do tests via the app. I get an emailed survey link. Complete the screener and qualify for the test on my mobile device. Then it says 'install userzoom' which it is already installed, and I click 'start test' and it asks if I installed userzoom. Then I can't continue. I open uzerzoom app to see if that triggers anything and it just spins and nothing happens. It won't let me take mobile tests.
It now gives me an error at the end of every survey and freezes up. If I then open the app it says Not Compatible with Android API 32.
Trying to open a survey through the app but getting the following error message: No support for Android API level 32 currently. that's a bummer. Running Android 12L public beta
My experience in this survey is wonderful I love doing surveys and getting rewards for doing them
Worked fine with swagbucks online survey.
I have repeatedly told that I don't speak any German and you keep sending me tasks in German. In my profile I have selected English
It is an interesting ap, that I would use, especially 2 aps at a time.
