When you receive an email invitation link and select it, UserZoom Survey Tool app will automatically launch and let you complete the survey.
In order to be invited to a survey, you have to be registered in an online panel.Thanks for using UserZoom Surveys.

"Lately I have not been able to do tests via the app. I get an emailed survey link. Complete the screener and qualify for the test on my mobile device. Then it says 'install userzoom' which it is already installed, and I click 'start test' and it asks if I installed userzoom. Then I can't continue. I open uzerzoom app to see if that triggers anything and it just spins and nothing happens. It won't let me take mobile tests."
